Anymore unlikely than 4 years ago being told that the Obama/Clinton cartel along with US federal agencies and their top officials conspired to spy on a political opponent’s Presidential campaign using intelligence they had that had not been verified, from people they knew were untrustworthy …. making their actions illegal. And then these officials deliberately and repeatedly defrauded the highest levels of judiciary by withholding key information in order to continue illegally spying.

They then relied on reporting, via paid for journalists and the complicit main stream and social media entities, to initiate a fake Trump/Russia and Ukraine story and keep it circulating in the newsfeeds for the last 4 years. And this was all done in order to impeach and remove the duly elected President of the United States!

And then when that all failed, they rigged the US Presidential election, with the help of corrupt politicians, judges and some of the wealthiest people on earth, in order that their guy won it?

Standing is just a made-up legal term that allows judges the excuse to not have to take cases they wish not to take. Nothing more.

If this goes back to SCOTUS on the state level, the same thing will happen. Or, they'll figure out another way to not be responsible for starting a civil war

Standing is needed indeed. What we don't know is if SCOTUS "requires" anything else, in addition to standing that would allow them to punt yet again!

Even with "standing" who is to say that is enough? SCOTUS may well come up with another excuse to punt, again.

Exercise in futility; big tech and complicit 3 letter agencies have that all under control. Even got the chink military on the Canadian border if needed.

I think he tried but, one man, can't do it on his own. No matter how dedicated or resilient. Not when combating a swamp that is this wide and deep with tentacles spread throughout the entirety of the globalist world.

We should have realized this much sooner when fuck all happened during Obamagate and spygate and Covid lockdowns, Antifa/BLM hooligans scenes. None of that was controlled by Trump.

And this election fraud and partisan court system .... we all knew it was going to happen, and it did.

EDIT: I guess the only angle left to hope for is that such seemingly unexplainable inaction was part of a sting operation. I wouldn't touch that option with a ten foot pole though.

So, going back to the local states with "better/hard evidence" as SnipperSlippers suggests above, isn't going to matter.

Given the extent of Obamagate and spygate and lockdown cities and BLM/Antifa crimes and fraudulant elections and with nary an arrest to show, I am starting to wonder if we are beyond being royally fucked.

With respect, it's getting tiring all of these test case losses. I admire not giving up but much prefer firing on all cylinders for once and winning at least one fucking time before the clock runs out.

civil cases like this only require a preponderance of evidence and, if all of the material being tossed about is to be believed, they have that in spades.

So why are BLM/Antifa still around?

5
ThatOtherGuyBob 5 points ago +6 / -1

and they'll get tossed just like all of the other others.

I would think any other lawsuit(s) would have already been filed if they were deemed stronger no?

So, just file in 1 of the contested states and fact find that way.

ThatOtherGuyBob 6 points ago +11 / -5

The same military that ignored Trump's BLM/Antifa orders back mid summer?

3
ThatOtherGuyBob 3 points ago +4 / -1

So, why didn't they do ti that way to begin with?

There is no path anyway when the opposition is so much better prepared and smarter. All of that 4-D chess shit was nothing but BS. The R's have been taken out back to the woodshed every step along the way and penetrated sans KY Jelly to boot.

I's looking more and more like Trump was never truly going to rid the stench. Perhaps he really was just a pawn, meant to temporarily appease us plebs.

True, in retrospect, it sure does seem like a shit ton of daft idiots were giving clueless advice.
