It’s funny how the left and right like the Greeks and Romans for two different reasons:

The left likes them because their cultural endgame was sodomy and public degeneracy

The right likes them because at their prime, they were the model government and laid the basis for our own society

It makes me wonder, is it even possible to divorce the two? Have a Roman or Greek inspired Republic but keep it from descending into the madness of modernity?

If anything, the claim of more balloons during Trump’s presidency only validates the point that the deep state runs deep - our own military brass withheld crucial information from the commander in chief, and those who did ought to be tried for treason.

Apply the Democrat Factor and the real number is probably something like 29%. Which is still way too goddamn high

This is communism in action - government micromanaging production so they can set prices and "reduce waste".

Never forget this is what "green policies" are.

Thinly veiled communism.

It’ll never happen. Oregon State Gov needs to approve the transfer and they’ll never let their grip go.

It won’t be free forever. Unless Microsoft treats chatgpt like Google does YouTube and makes it a loss leader.

Either way, I agree it’s a useful tool and it’s a brilliant showcase of how far computing has come, but it’s also a tool being wielded by the very people who hate us. If you’re using it for anything outside of business, expect the biases to get a lot worse.

Cool, they put up based shit when they know it won’t pass and act like pussies when they know it can.

I hate the GOP

“See, we’re not forcing anyone to go electric, we’re just gonna make gas really really expensive to buy! So when you go electric, that’s completely your choice to do so! You made the choice to go electric, it’s the free market at work! Don’t you kooky conservatives love the free market? Why are you complaining?! Teehee!”

I hate these fuckers with every fiber of my existence.

I mean yeah, what’d you expect from an “open source” company (OpenAI) that received $1 billion in investments from Microsoft, with supposedly another $10 billion coming down the pipe.

ChatGPT is a brilliant tool, a feat of computer science and engineering, and now it’s gone corporate to become the backbone to Bing. The fun wasn’t going to last forever.

This is how democrats operate - someone suggests a radically stupid idea. That radical and stupid idea gets rightfully ostracized online. So the media is instructed to pick up the talking point and normalize the discussion to ban X. The media makes it seem like this is something that’s been discussed for a while. The media tells you banning X is a good thing. An expert appears to tell us how we’re wrong. The democrats announce a plan to introduce a bill banning X. Some squish Republicans join the democrat chorus and vote on the bill. X is now banned.

I hate great reset enjoyers with every fiber of my being.
