If Trump is not POTUS there won't be a special counsel. There will also never be a fair election again.
If the Senators are liable for treason and no one does anything about it, then what difference does it make?
Also if the Senate falls as it looks likely to do in Georgia because the fraud is too much to overcome, get ready for mass amnesty for illegals and statehood for Puerto Rico and D.C. The country will be over.
My biggest concern is that we won't actually do anything to stop any of this.
They don't have to. They can just claim that the certification is only a "formality" and that Biden is already the president. And the RINOs and the media will all go along with it without a fight.

Saying "Biden should take ownership" or "Biden must concede now" is equivalent to giving up the fight and doing nothing at all. He's not going to do either of those things unless we physically force him.
Better question to ask is: who HASN'T betrayed us? The list is very small.
