I can't help but think there are a lot of glowies inciting what amounts to a tactical horrorshow right now, while calling the rational glowies. Last I checked, the glowies weren't exactly against boogery... last resorts are last resorts for a reason.
Left partisan judges are activists. "Right" partisan judges are constitutionalist. It may well be that each are ruling in just that way. As disheartening as all of this is, we can still hold on to this tiny scrap of hope, while preparing for the worst.
