I don't know. However, the path you are looking for would require a court or a state legislature to throw out fraudulent votes or disqualify counties that "lost" all of their chain of custody information and only count those counties that have chain of custody info and legal votes.
The way things are looking now, I think the State legislatures are going to declare their State's electors since that is a lot easier, Constitutional, and doesn't require days/weeks/months/years in court arguing with Democrat fraudsters, who would be trying to "disappear" witnesses in the background.
So, the real question is "what is your timeframe for an answer"? Because if you want one about the popular vote before year-end 2020, I would bet against it. If you want an answer within 2 - 3 years about who really won the popular vote in these states, then "yes" I think it will eventually be proven that Trump did win the popular vote in many states.
