Right. Because if you identified as a woman then you wouldn't be part of the evil patriarchy. Good thinking.

Reminds me of Juwanna Mann. It was a funny movie of professional basketball player kicked out of the NBA and secretly joining the WNBA.

Have you used Odysee to upload videos? I'm not comfortable with Rumble's TOS so I'm here but still figuring it out.

Up to now I've only been watching videos.

I think it also means that one realizes that good people can disagree on a few key points; provided we respect each other and are going in the same general direction. For instance in football the coaches may disagree on how to deal with an issue but if a group of coaches start promoting the idea that the game is evil and the rules should be changed because of said evils - well that's a different story. There are numerous issues people can disagree on - abortion, drug legalization, open carry, tax credits for bringing industry back, legal immigration. Taking legal immigration as an example of "big tent". You and I may disagree on the number of legal immigrants or the method used to approve of immigration but someone who argues for Open Borders well ... that's like the "coaches" example mentioned earlier.

This is our Winston Churchill moment. We lost this battle but the war rages on. We have good people on our side and we need to add to their numbers.

Example primarying Republicans who voted to impeach. They need to know (Liz Cheney I'm talking about you, bitch) that they will lose their jobs.

There's no place to run to. We make our stand here.

From the article:

"President Joe Biden’s United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) on Thursday stopped executive orders from his predecessor designed to significantly lower prescription drug prices for Americans, including insulin and epinephrine."

From the article:

President Biden’s “wartime effort” goal to vaccinate 100 million people against COVID-19 in 100 days relies on a daily average that was repeatedly bested under former President Donald Trump.

Biden’s first full day in office on Thursday saw 1.3 million Americans inoculated against the deadly coronavirus, according to data compiled by Bloomberg News.

I've been getting into Bourbon. Want to do a distillery tour. I'm still in the budget and modest price range.

Love Elijah Craig, Bulleitt Rye. Like Basil Hyden. Not that fond of Makers Mark.

Never tried Wild Turkey. (Haven't tried Jack since college and hated it then.)

Any suggestions?

It's good to branch a bit away from politics once in a while.

But that doesn't save the data. If the site goes down -- then you have nothing.

Wow. That's a phenomenal resource. I hope it doesn't get memory holed.

Thx. My main concern is replacing Google Drive. The site mentions onionshare. Have you heard anything about it?

Brave has just taken a step toward supporting a decentralized web by becoming the first browser to offer native integration with a peer-to-peer networking protocol that aims to fundamentally change how the internet works.

The technology is called IPFS (which stands for InterPlanetary File System), a relatively obscure transport protocol that promises to improve on the dominant HTTP standard by making content faster to access and more resilient to failure and control.

From the article "[The Donald is ] One of the main pro-Trump websites used to organize the deadly riot on the U.S. Capitol earlier this month was hosted by computer servers located in Montreal.

The servers provided a temporary home to TheDonald, a forum for right-wing extremists, as other tech companies cracked down on hate-speech."

It's not simply that we're pussies. The frightening thing is the percentage of Americans who are fine with this. My thinking now is that we have to wake up the sheep. (I don't know how that's to be done.)

I kind of think that we have to take a page from their book - stop calling socialists liberals. Have people realize that socialism is anti-liberalism.

From the article: CFDT union representative Christine Duguet said that “the idea is to discipline employees and call them to order,” going on to say that the implementation of the system represents “an attack on individual freedoms”.

The left knows it's lost the intellectual argument - that's why they're banning any speech that conflicts with their world view.
