There is a third classification everyone misses. A "Pistol" is any firearm with barrel under 16" and an overall length less than 26". A "Rifle" is any firearm with a barrel over 16" and exceeds 26" in overall length. A "Firearm" is any firearm with a barrel under 16" but with a length that exceeds 26". "Firearms" can legal have a vertical grip on them, but no stock.
It's just consider a "firearm" with the affore mentioned pinned muzzle break. Allows it to not be classified as a "pistol," therefore vertical grip is now magically legal! Arbitrary rules are arbitrary.

There isn't even a plate crease at the top of the carrier. Thought maybe it has Kevlar inserts, but no way you have plates in there. The average level IV plate is about 1" thick. If you do actually have plates for it, the carrier needs to be adjusted way up to the top of the join in your collar bone. Major arteries come from the top of your heart.
