1- Trump is going to speak today from there, but isn't giving out info to people that he cannot trust for his own safety.
2- Trump is going to speak today, but from somewhere else, and this was a way to throw off those that would harm him.
3- Trump is not speaking today, and the announcement that he would is part of a commie scheme to demoralize us from his non-appearance. Make us think he is no longer free etc. or has given up.

No it’s worse than that. The covid tracking update was forcibly pushed to all phones. You didn’t get a choice on them essentially hacking in and editing data on your device.
