1-Open borders w/o any plan 2-Cram them in empty stadiums, tent cities depending on weather and time of year 3-Give them everything to the same level of you citizens if not even more since poor them, they came empty handed (here it was over $50k tax free/year--Syrians back when it was the defacto thing to go to to make everybody accept it) 4-Then they pinpoint and identify the regions where their biggest opposition (which they now call enemies) are residing and pepper the newcomers (invaders, whatever) right there; usually its out the big cities, in the country, farmlands,etc
The fact that there is no employment prospects outside the big cities for those newcomers is irrelevant; the way the Canadian government did things is they offer HUGE money and tax incentives to companies that will employ those illegals so if you are white, tough luck. Its basically free slaves for the companies.
Somehow I find myself lucky, I will be retired by April 4th on a private pension plan I started at 18yrs old (wont be rich but wont need anything)
