I hope I would have worded it differently too if I were in his position. Easy for us to say though on here surrounded by people with similar opinions.
From a laywer's video I saw there is a pending Texas supreme court case involving ERCOT right now that should have a decision soon. The lower court said they can't be sued so we'll have to see if they overturn.
I had Griddy. After the price went up to about $2 consistently by Friday and the worse weather even hadn't come yet I found a flat rate plan and switched. The switch took about 3 days and the Griddy price went up to $9 an hour in the meantime so I went out and bought a generator and shutoff the power to my house manually even though we still had electricity to avoid a bill like that.
I think the guy should pay, that's what he signed up for, but I also think that we should be able to sue ERCOT for negligence too, but that will likely never happen.
This.
Trump is 87 positive 12 negative 1 undecided 87-12 = +75 McConnel is 36 Positive 51 negative 13 undecided 36-51 = -15
Not sure what you mean. Texas has a wholesale electric price that updates every 5 minutes and there are plans you can use that you pay wholesale price at the time + delivery instead of a flat rate. Normally it is around 2 cents a kWh plus 3.92 cents delivery per kWh, but it shot up to over $9 per kWh because demand was so high. That could easily costs you hundreds of dollars to run your HVAC system for an hour. Luckily I saw this coming because I was using Griddy for a while and was able to switch to a plan that charged only 7.5 cents per kWh. Next day that company removed that plan and switched to a 15cents per kWh plan.
The main reason is it's ~20 degrees lower than the typical lowest low during the year. Normally 15-25 and it's -2 during the night the last 2 nights. Stupid people running their AC at 65+ when their AC can't heat their house that many degrees above the outside temp so it just runs constantly and never stops. Also many electric companies charge a flat rate per KWH used, and so demand sky rockets but the price does not so people keep using electricity they don't need when others desperately need it. Also electric companies are never held responsible for not being able to deliver electricity, at least as far as I know, so there's no incentive for them to plan for extreme demand. They can just shut of your electric even though you have a contract and there's no repercussions afaik.
It's not full blow socialism, but maybe a little. Also maybe a little of corrupt capitalism. Or it might just be people entering in to stupid contracts. Why would you enter into a contract with a company that can fail to deliver the product you need with no consequences? I don't know much about the legal aspect of how electric delivery is handled but someone who does could probably give more info.
I live in Burleson. I had no power Friday, Saturday, and Sunday but I have power now. If anyone needs a generator I have one. Just a small one though 3500/4350 watts.
Swalwell fucks up again. He's not even good at being corrupt. He's just another fredo.
This is why everyone should be contacting their reps to audit ballots, even if you're in an uncontested state or precinct.
Need to get a state legislature to order auditing of ballots. Even states that went Trump should at least audit a few counties just to see if they find anything.
Never said Hitler or his party started the fire, just that he used it as a pretext to arrest and imprison people who weren't involved.
Is there an extended video that actually shows this taking place in DC? You can hear people in the background yelling USA and see flags around, so it likely is, but would be nice to have extra video showing the capital building. Or if anyone can find a picture to show where outside the capital that spot is?
From what I read they're just looking at the machines, correct? I would have assumed the goal would be to view all the ballots. The two main frauds were mail in ballots without signature verification and abnormally high number of adjudicated ballots.
Chris Salcedo and Greg Kelly both acknowledge the fraud AFAIK. Haven't watched them much recently so maybe they backed down if Newsmax leadership told them to.
That would have been nice, but it's never over. If even just one state does an audit and finds that Trump won the state there's a good chance other states will too.
I'm sure the elites will make sure whoever the audits are get all kinds of death threats for their entire family so I'm not exactly holding my breath it will change anything, but it's at least worth it to try.
Can we crowd fund some legal group to go after stuff like this? For every conservative the FBI goes after there are dozens of lefties who've done the same and worse. Unequal enforcement of the law is one thing that we're going to have to beat if we're going to win the culture war.
More of the same. I guess more evidence doesn't hurt, but it doesn't really help either. All you need to do is look at the mean age of people who die from covid vs the flu. The average person who does from covid is OLDER than the average person who dies from the flu. The numbers could be slightly skewed because Dem governors turned nursing homes into killing fields for the elderly, but those numbers are even with the lack of available treatment options in early 2020. Covid is less deadly than the flu which is why the average death age is higher, older people have weaker immune systems.
Of course there is the fact that many people have never had it and aren't already resistant or immune, and I don't think anyone is saying we should take no precautions, but shutting down the economy was and always has been a scam with a globalist\communist agenda.
It's a great opportunity to red pill normies. Most people legitimately don't know that it was white Christian Republicans who defeated Racist Slave-Owning Democrats to end slavery. It was Democrat appointed judges who declared black people not citizens, and it was democrat congress reps that opposed rights for blacks during the civil rights movement.
Can we get some Patriots.win flags, bumperstickers, and yard signs. I'm sure that would help a lot with getting the word out. Anyone have connections to get those produced, I'm sure lots of people here would buy them.
These people are so self righteous they will make every excuse to not have to admit a mistake. If she would have just said it was a mistake and they're going to make sure they follow it in the future likely no one would give it a second thought. Making excuses just discredits everything else they say.
I had to help several companies recovery their domains because an angry solo IT person left and didn't turn over any credentials. If the domain is registered to a business and you can turn over Tax IDs, water bills, etc they will give you control. Never tried for one registered to an individual. No idea what Epik's process is either. Only ever dealt with GoDaddy and NetworkSolutions.
.Wins are expensive, they are $35 a year lol.
I live in the DFW area and I've been to dozens of church since George Floyd, and watched dozens more sermons from churches and line and they're all cucked. A few mentioned stuff like "oh I think some weird stuff when down on election night" and one said "socialism is evil", but that's it. More pastors mentioned George Floyd than did election fraud.
If you call yourself a pastor and you can't speak about Pedophilia like Epstein, or Free speech violations targeting churches, censorship, government corruption, then you clearly have never read the Bible, or if you have you weren't paying attention at all.
I think churches will be the biggest way to bring culture change. Everyone here needs to stop giving their money to any church that thinks politics is separate from religion. Need to grow uncucked patriot churches and start draining the membership of cucked churches.
Being the aggressor won't work. The left controls all the biggest communication channels and they are just foaming at the mouth waiting for someone to do something stupid so they can spin it.
Read your history. Most people in the 1850s didn't give two shits about slavery, you think they give a shit about a stolen election? No they don't. Normies don't care about anything other than their own little lives. What got normies involved was stuff like the caining of Charles Sumner and the open fighting, that got the normies involved.
Learn from the civil rights movement. It sucks, but some people are going to have to take some beatings for the team and not right back, no matter how justified it is. In the meantime, the rest of us need to be working at the grassroots level to bypass the mainstream communication channels the left owns and create our own channels of communication.
