I agree that we need more protection for free speech, however some things are not protected by free speech. The first amendment is specifically written to protect, but not limited to, religious and political speech because that's what people are going to try and censor. It does not mean you can say anything you want. Perjury, libel, slander, calls to violence, etc, are all not protected by the first amendment. News organizations can and should be prosecuted for purposeful or negligent false content.
It doesn't matter if Trump is better than every way than Biden, if voters feel betrayed and abandoned they won't go out and vote. If Trump doesn't stand up to the mob then he's putting his re-election at serious risk.

Would you say that normal healthy people are at risk of heart attack from that pressure, or just people with poor heart health such as illegal drug users? I did some searches but couldn't find any relevant info. Obviously 2 people isn't a representative sample, but these two were both previous drug users and had the drugs in their system when they died. If this is a common police tactic I would expect to see people who are not on drugs at the time die the same way.

Heart attacks cause people to think they can't breath because the oxygen isn't being pumped throughout the body. Kneel on the side of the neck does not stop breathing. I've training BJJ\Grapping for years and you cannot choke anyone out like that. If someone tries to put pressure on your neck you will instinctively turn to the side because the side of your neck is pretty strong. I've had people shove their forarm into the side of my neck while they're on top of me as hard as the possibly can, and it sucks, but it isn't that bad and it will definitely not kill you or impair breathing.
Cocaine and Meth and other similar drugs increase your risk of heart attack when you're on them, and they can cause permanent heart damage as well. You can argue that police should have better ways of de-escalating situations so stress doesn't exacerbate heart issues of drug users, but it isn't police brutality and it isn't murder.

I train BJJ/Grappling and have had people shove their forearm in my neck as hard as they possibly can too many times to count. It is uncomfortable but not deadly on the side if the neck. Most times my neck is not even sore the next day.

I've been training grapping\BJJ for years. A shin on the neck like that is not nearly as bad as it looks. Necks are strong and the officer is likely not putting his full weight on him. I can't say for sure, but it also appears that shin on the neck like that is part of police training. I bet if they have someone demonstrate on him in the courtroom like that to demonstrate it is mildly uncomfortable at worst, that he will walk. Drugs and stress from resisting arrest appear to be the primary factors in his heart attack.

The media likes to compare raw numbers between COVID-19 and Influeza, but it is disingenuous to act as if the raw numbers reflect the long term affects that COVID-19 will have. More people are dying presently than influeza because it is new but once people have had a chance to become immune in the long term that will no longer be the case.
Looking at the data we can see that COVID-19 kills a lower percentage of younger people than Infleunza because younger people are more likely to be healthier and have fewer pre-existing conditions.

Even the CDC has separate entries for NY state and NY city. New York City Is right on the border of NJ and heat map shows that's where all the cases are. New York City is the one outlier in the country that accounts for around half the total deaths and is not an accurate depiction of how the rest of the country is being affected.

We need healthy people to become immune so there's fewer people to pass it on to at risk people.
