I won't pretend to understand Canadian politics, but I have a feeling they will ratify (with some grandstanding in the meantime).
There were rumors that some peoples' deaths were recorded as pneumonia when it's likely that it was actually coronavirus...I hate to fear monger but I think we should all keep an eye on this.
Long incubation period + infectious when no symptoms presents + international travel + unpredictable mortality = serious pandemic
I do not trust the numbers coming out of China.
