First, do you associate the name on your driver's license as to who you are? If you check, your drivers license uses the ALL CAPITAL LETTER name. Is that the name your living, breathing, sentient, flesh-and-blood parents gave you? NO!
The ALL CAPITAL LETTER name is the STRAWMAN. That is YOUR contract with the STATE OF (fill in the blank) CORPORATION. This is one way the STATE OF (fill in the blank) gets control over the sovereign and cancels your being able to use much of the Constitution and Bill of Rights as a defense. YOU have NO RIGHTS! The STRAWMAN only has privileges! The STATE OF (fill in the blank) CORPORATION driver's license is a silent, secret contract without full disclosure. Because of the lack of full disclosure of the contract terms, you did not enter that contract knowingly, willingly, nor intentionally, so it is NULL and VOID, ab initio!
In fact, the 2nd Amendment and several other Articles in the Bill of Rights and Constitution, does not/will not apply to the STRAWMAN. Look it up.
So, one way to begin getting out of this mess is to create a scenario to indicate that the Christian name recognizes the difference between him/herself and the STRAWMAN.
Create and record a Strawman Power of Attorney that gives the Christian name power over all financial, legal, etc. functions of the Strawman..
Then sign ALL, and I mean ALL, documentation with: "For: (enter the Strawman's ALL CAPITAL LETTER name)"
"By: (your Christian name in upper and lower case)" "Authorized Representative" "Without Recourse, All Rights Reserved"
Per the Uniform Commercial Code, the agent/authorized representative can NOT be held responsible for the Strawman.
If you get a traffic citation, sign using the above....see how fast your case is dismissed. Courts can only deal with/screw the fictional character - the STRAWMAN. Courts cannot deal with a living breathing, sentient, flesh-and-blood man/woman.
