I would definitely be a big fan of revising 230 to allow for more protection of content such as easier legal paths to defamation or loss of income lawsuits but knocking it out would be a poor choice in my opinion
I'm assuming he is doing the "big ask" as noted in his book. Issue with that is the left is going to eat it up and use it to rid their platforms of right wing groups. Already seeing it with youtube so it isn't like it is going to change much other than giving big tech a solid basis on kicking these groups
