I'm not a legal expert, but I think you could argue against mandatory vaccines in the US because of Roe v. Wade. The reason is that the government making medical decisions between you and your doctor would be a violation of due process. This is the same reason why I think Roe v. Wade and government run healthcare are mutually exclusive on a legal basis.
