Those two guys were neighbors and one of them claimed they saw him run out of the house.
The guy was repeatedly going into the house and has been caught on camera numerous times before. Other neighbors have seen it and reported it as well and in the 911 call said it was on going thing.
The dude was a thug who had no right to go into another person's house, and it wasn't because he was curious. It was because he was up to no good which explains why he tried to run and fight when he got caught.
He did this repeatedly to the point where other people in the neighborhood called the police and have said they have seen him doing this before and that this was an ongoing thing. He is caught on camera on atleast three different occasions inside the house, sometimes at night time.
No because we don't know if he had boots or a hammer when he got shot because the video is low quality and low resolution to be able to tell.
Also if he did have a hammer and boots on him the original police report or DA note would probably say that.
What we do know is the guy was not jogging however and was repeatedly going into the home for periods of months prior to this incident.
The guys who tried to stop him, have seen this guy previously in the neighborhood before and believed he was the one who stole the pistol and believed he might have been armed. It is an open carry state and they have the right to carry a shotgun and legally have to hold the shotgun in their hand as opposed to trying to conceal or hide it.
He does not live in the neighborhood.
He does not have a job ( as far as I am aware ) to make him a likely home buyer.
The house is not being sold.
He went into the house multiple times including at night by himself for the period of months.
He did not jog to the house, he walked to it and ran out when people in the neighborhood saw him.
He was not targeted down or hunted because of his race, he was not an innocent jogger, and even if he did not steal anything one time from the house at the very least he was still trespassing and entering someone else's home with no permission. What he did inside so far we do not know because they have not released the full tapes.
That building under construction was a private home owned by someone else.
He also is on camera repeatedly going in at multiple different times at night.
He also walked into the house not jogged into it. He only began running when he ran out of the house.
Encouraging riots is only a short term part of the plan.
The bigger plan is going to be to make it so citizens have less legal rights to defend themselves from criminals.
They will attack self defense laws, and citizens arrest laws and gun right laws if they do not win the case.
They will say the legal system is broken and biased for old White men and gun owners and that the guy shouldn't have been shot for breaking into a home repeatedly and punching the guy with the shotgun.
