- MARCH 22 - An Oklahoma pastor’s wife [white] and her alleged accomplice [black] have been arrested in connection to the minister’s murder last week. Kristie Dawnell Evans, 47, was taken into custody Thursday after she confessed to shooting her husband, 50-year-old Pastor David Evans, at their home in Ada, a city about 83 miles southeast of Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) said.
Evans’ accomplice, identified as 26-year-old Kahlil Deamie Square, was then arrested without incident at a residence later that night, police said. The pastor’s wife had called police just after 1 a.m. on March 22 and reported that an intruder had broken into her home and shot her husband, according to the OSBI. Officers arrived and found David Evans suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators would identify Evans and Square as suspects in the murder after collecting evidence and conducting interviews. The OSBI did not immediately say who was interviewed or what evidence pointed investigators to the pair. Three days after the shooting investigation began, Evans met with OSBI agents at the Ada Police Department and confessed to the killing.

MARCH 25 - A Lancaster County mom of six was killed in what police are calling a road-rage shooting in North Carolina Thursday, authorities said.
Julie Eberly, 47, of Manheim, and her husband were heading to Hilton Head Island in South Carolina when her vehicle came close to another car while merging on Interstate 95 around 11:30 a.m., Robeson County Sheriff Burnis Wilkins said.
That's when the other driver pulled alongside Eberly's, rolled down the window and fired multiple shots into the passenger door, Wilkins said.
"This was an innocent family from Pennsylvania headed to the beach for a vacation," the sheriff said.
"Thankfully they had left their six children at home with grandparents but now these kids have to live with the thought of their mother being murdered in such a cowardly and senseless way.
The shooter sped off and took Exit 22 before crossing over the bridge coming into Lumberton, according to witness statements.
The Robeson County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating a possible 2010 model silver or grey Malibu or Impala with dark tinted windows and chrome around the window frame operated by an African American with dreadlocks.
- MARCH 26 - WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) - Wichita Police say 31-year-old Charity Blackmon hit 57-year-old Merrill Rabus with her car while he was riding his bicycle near 13th and Oliver, Friday afternoon.
Investigators believe she got out of the car and shot Merrill. He died from his injuries. Thanks to witnesses who followed Blackmon, police were able to arrest her on suspicion of first degree murder.
- MARCH 26 - HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- HENRICO COUNTY, Va. -- The girl shot in a West End neighborhood near a high school has died of her injuries, police said late Friday.
Henrico Police responded to a report of shooting in the 1900 block of Windingridge Drive, which parallels Pump Road, in the Gayton Forest West subdivision around 4:30 p.m.
"A teenage female was shot outside of a residence," Henrico Police spokesperson Lt. Matt Pecka said. "The female victim was treated and transported to an area hospital."
Police said officers are investigating the incident as a homicide after the girl succumbed to her injuries.
The child's name is being withheld due to her age, police said.
"This is still an active investigation," police said. "There will be an increased police presence throughout the community.”
Police described the suspect as a younger black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing 125 pounds. He had shaggy hair with shaved sides.
Pecka said he was last seen wearing a two-toned hooded sweatshirt and a mask.
The suspect, who is considered armed, was "heading on foot," according to police.

Judge Peter Johnson told Spackman: “In essence, you were undertaking some form of therapeutic role-play in which others invited you to take the part of the victim and sent you indecent photographs to assist in the role-play.
“What is troubling is the huge and remarkable number of images.“
Exeter Crown Court heard that he was part of an internet pedophile ring called The Other Place. A police investigation in 2017 charged the two ringleaders with child sex offences and other members were exposed, including Spackman.
Judge Peter Johnson jailed Spackman for ten months, suspended for two years, with 40 days rehab for possessing a ‘huge number of — allowing the pedophile politician to walk free.
DailyMail report: Judge Johnson said it was ‘an astonishing number‘ of images which included the most serious category A images and others of category B and C.
The judge said he was of good character working hard in public service as a councillor in Exeter before his ‘fall from grace which has been dramatic’.

Many of the images were inaccessible but the offenses dated back to 2008 – seven years after he began working at the secure children’s home.
The court heard the most graphic images showed young girls aged 12 being raped.
Spackman’s barrister Barry White said: ‘He likes to pretend he is a young girl who will be abused. He will pretend to be a young girl.’
Mr White stressed: ‘None of the images are of people who he knows. He has never sexually assaulted any children nor would he do so.
‘The images were sent to him by the other party in the fantasy which were indicative of what that person liked. He did not get to choose what images but he accepted them all.’
Prosecutor Thomas Faulkner said some of the worst images were found on two devices found in his bedroom.
He said: ‘Those images depicted pre-pubescent girls forced to take part in sexual activity.’
Mr White said there had been ‘considerable impact‘ on his life since his arrest in October 2017 – quitting his Labour seat the day after his arrest and avoiding going out in public because ‘everyone knows what he has done’.
Spackman admitted between October 2007 and July 2017 possessing still and moving images of categories A, B and C as well as possessing a prohibited image and possessing 48 extreme pornographic images involving an animal.

A lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland Northern Division is alleging that a county in the state has an “improper” election scheme that violates the Fourteenth and First amendments to the Constitution.
Howard County’s Board of Education, comprised of eight members, currently includes one “student member.” This minor is elected by his or her peers between grades six through 11 at district public schools. This student election process is run by the school board and teachers—who nominate the student to run for office in the first place.
The suit alleges that the student-member process of only allowing minors to run violates the Fourteenth Amendment’s Equal Protection Clause. This is because adults are not given an equal opportunity to have a say in the election of this individual to represent the county. The suit also employs the Equal Protection Clause to allege that teachers who are able to wield power on which students will be selected via the process is unfair.
“They’ve created a preferred class of voting for the students over the adults,” PILF spokeswoman Lauren Bowman told The Federalist. “The teachers are in control of the process and the nominations, and even the elections. We don’t even know how they are really counting all the votes.”
Secondly, PILF is claiming that the current process violates the First Amendment’s Free Exercise Clause because it denies students at religious schools the ability to cast a vote in the election. Those who are homeschooled or at private institutions are also not included. The Free Exercise Clause states that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…”
The filing comes weeks after the House struck down a proposed measure by Democratic Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., to lower the age to vote in federal elections to 16 years old. The failed measure was offered as an amendment to the “For The People Act,” also known as H.R. 1.
H.R. 1 would make it more likely for minors to be illegally registered to vote by a variety of vote-expansion changes.
“The left’s next move is to infantilize voting,” said Bowman. “They want to lower the voting age to 16 and now in Maryland, they have sixth-graders voting. We have a voting age for a reason.”

During the early war years, Service and Adler wrote favorable reports on the Kuomintang and Chiang Kai-shek, which were keeping the Japanese busy, so they could not attack the Soviet Union. When Vice President Henry Wallace visited China in June 1944, he was given a 68-page briefing, officially written by Service, although Service would later admit he actually co-wrote it with the Soviet agent Solomon Adler.[18]
Service and his Soviet-agent housemate Adler wrote that the Communists were doing most of the fighting against the Japanese, while the Nationalists were sitting out the war or actually collaborating.[19] For example, Adler reported (attributing information to Service): "The Communists have successfully resisted the Japanese for seven years... with no active support from Chungking."[20] In contrast, General Albert Wedemeyer, commander of American forces in China reported: "No Communist Chinese forces fought in any major battles of the Sino-Japanese war.... Chinese Communist leaders were not interested in fighting the Japanese," he wrote; "their main interest was to occupy the territory which the Nationalist forces evacuated in their retreat."[21]
"[T]he war was to [Mao] an opportunity to have Chiang destroyed by the Japanese," agreed Jung Chang, a former member of Mao's Red Guards. "He ordered Red commanders to wait for Japanese troops to defeat the Nationalists, and then, to seize territories below the Japanese line."[22]

Even so ardent a pro-Communist as Theodore White[26] would have to admit, "The Communists...claimed that they held down most of the Japanese troops in China and that they bore the main weight of resistance; this was untrue." On July 30, 1944 Service wrote, "...the Communists base their policy toward the Kuomintang on a real desire for democracy in China under which there can be orderly economic growth through a stage of private enterprise to eventual socialism without the need of violent social upheaval and revolution." On June 6, 1945, he wrote to John Carter Vincent, Chief of the State Department's Division of Chinese Affairs, that the Chinese Communists had a "moderate policy of preserving the interests of the middle class, including landlords and private business, and protection of the institution of private property and capitalism," and that "it is unnecessary and not likely for them to turn toward radicalism," concluding that "Kuomintang-Communist reconciliation seems more than ever to depend on Kuomintang concessions."[29]
Jonathan Mirsky, former East Asia editor for the Times of London, reported that shortly before his death in 1999, Service admitted to him that he “purposely ignored Mao's persecution, including executions, of his perceived enemies at Yan'an.” (Asked why he had “covered-up” for the Communists, Service confessed, "I wanted them to win.")[30]

Grenell bait-and-switch reveals the danger of ‘LGBT conservative’ outreach
March 5, 2021 (LifeSiteNews) — For years, the annual Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) has served to highlight the conservative movement’s divisions at least as much as its points of unity, with some of the most intense infighting revolving around LGBT issues.
As my intrepid colleague Doug Mainwaring detailed Thursday, the Republican Party’s LGBT inroads spearheaded by Donald Trump come at a cost: the dilution of the GOP and the Right’s longstanding positions on marriage, sexuality, and biological truth. Here I’d like to focus on one specific skirmish of this divide, and how it illustrates the way unconservative values get smuggled into conservatism.
On Monday, former Trump intelligence chief and Ambassador to Germany Richard Grenell, who is himself gay, tweeted a “truth from CPAC” in the form of Log Cabin Republicans San Diego Chapter president Gina Roberts talking about how CPAC was a “wonderfully accepting and wonderful experience for this transgender Republican woman”:
.... Of course, Republicans should appeal to homosexuals as, say, the party that values their right to bear arms in self-defense, or the party that (unless the Swamp wins the current civil war) favors restricting immigration from parts of the world that want to stone them to death.
But what Schlichter and the rest of Grenell’s defenders on the Right overlook is that Grenell goes much further than that. In the above tweet, he didn’t merely relay a story about conservatives treating a gender-confused American with respect. He promoted the testimony of an official representative of an organization that expressly advocates steering the GOP leftward on several issues.
Log Cabin Republicans advocates forcing government-assisted adoption agencies to place children in same-sex — i.e., motherless or fatherless — households, and in fact calls it “abhorrent” for states to insist that children be given the benefit of both parents. It calls for a “nationwide ban on conversion therapy for anyone under the age of 18,” opposing parents’ rights to treat unwanted sexual attraction or gender confusion as best they see fit. And it promotes the so-called “Fairness For All Act” — essentially a Diet Equality Act that on paper is more respectful of religious liberty, but in practice would still radically upend the rights of the American people in the name of LGBT accommodation.
And those are just the positions LCR highlights on its website.
But Grenell and his allies didn’t debate any of that. In fact, they obscured it with feel-good rhetoric about personal acceptance, in effect signaling that debating these issues is verboten unless we want to get branded as bigots. Further, by defending promotion of Roberts as merely a question of accepting “LGBT conservatives,” they are the ones making “LGBT conservative” synonymous with “left-wing social agitator.”

Today, for American men under the age of 40, the normal range for total testosterone is 300 to 1,000 nanograms per deciliter of blood (ng/dL).
But I clearly remember that not too long ago tha the top of the range was 1300 ng/dL! But because the standard is set by testing the general population, the range for normal itself is falling!

CHICKASHA — A triple murder suspect has confessed, saying he killed a neighbor first and cut her heart out to eat at home, the OSBI reported.
"He took the heart back to 214 West Minnesota, Chickasha," an agent with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation told a judge in a request for a search warrant.

The case already has sparked outrage because the repeat felon had been released early from prison in January. He had been sentenced in 2017 to serve 20 years behind bars but got out after Gov. Kevin Stitt commuted his time.
The governor commuted the sentence to nine years at the recommendation of the Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board. Anderson served a little more than three years. He had been staying with his uncle, Leon Pye, and aunt, Delsie Pye, since his release.
