My take: Trump wiped the floor with Biden. Trump was specific in his plans and policy. Biden was not and flipped flopped on his flip flops. Biden kept trying to make emotional appeals as if he were an “average Joe”. That doesn’t work when you’ve been on the people’s payroll for half a century bud.
There’s things trump could’ve hit him with like how low black unemployment has been under his administration. Also wish he would’ve mentioned the PV video that just dropped.
Overall Trump did GREAT and met my already high expectations. Biden was entirely unspecific, looked pitiful and couldn’t defend a position in the rare instance he actually took one. Wallace clearly ran interference when trump had Biden on the ropes.
Also, it’s IRREFUTABLE Trump is keenly aware of the corruption and it felt like he stopped just short of naming names right there on the stage.
And that would be totally fine, if like you said we assumed the NYT was true. I’m on board with discussing this issue too. That’s where the majority of liberals fall short and expose their intellectual dishonesty. It’s completely fine to talk about tax reform. But them trying to say Trump did something illegal is pure garbage. All of us, on both sides, rich or poor, try to lessen our tax burden every chance we get. Im no macroeconomics savant but I’d like to explore a flat tax or eliminate income tax in favor of a consumption tax. IRS needs a severe overhaul or complete dissolution.

Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s. If Caesar has laws for certain deductions then that’s on Caesar. Otherwise, it is incumbent upon Christians to manage all other money after Caesar is paid. It’s the Christian’s duty to use any wealth, no matter the number big or small, to advance God’s kingdom. That’s not the governments job, as it currently exists. That could be in the form of using tax breaks to employ more people, give to charity, etc.
TLDR; it’s your duty to pay the tax the law says you have to, nothing more. If you pay more than required, you’re not being a good steward of God’s blessing.
