Ok so I dug a bit out of boredom/curiosity. Both are KC-767A (Boeing 767-2EY(ER)).

Registration numbers:

MM62226 - IAM1433

MM62227 - IAM1438

Just a random thought, that is quite possibly a KC-767A which is an aerial refueling and strategic transport aircraft. The Italians only have 4 of those.

No shit, back in 2012 or so that’s what I was doing. Windows open, middle of winter, freezing out... yet my cards (which were burning out left and right because people were still learning that blower cards were the way to go) kept my room nice and toasty.

Pretty sure 1SG was drunk when he gave us that talk...

But, no shit, some couple from Bragg filmed the wife screwing her dog and posted it online. Of course they got caught and arrested, and it added to jokes about the 82nd. This was almost a decade ago, and I remember when my 1SG found out about it, he made sure to bring it up during the safety brief.

True, there’s not much you can cover in one MUTA 4, 6 or 8 once a month (and that was before they moved drill to online only for the past few months in a lot of states). When they are at drill, they spend more time going over required check-the-box classes like, Don’t rape, don’t beat your wife, don’t drive drunk, don’t fuck your dog and definitely don’t record it (though that last one is more directed at that couple from the Bragg that made the news a few years back). Those essential MOS skills degrade, which is why if you don’t live in a state where firearms are part of the culture, the majority of weapons qualifications end with half the company qualifying Marksman with only a handful shooting Expert.

Over the summer, the wife and I were sitting in the park a few blocks away from our home during my lunch break. We see a group of kids/teens, definitely all in the same family, walking around with masks on, jackets on, surgical gloves on and hoods up (I shit you not). The boy notices nobody else is wearing any of that stuff and makes sure to point out that nobody else is wearing a mask. It was pathetic. Those kids were more in danger of becoming a heat casualty than catching the rice rabies.

Such a load of bullshit.

I was in college studying to enter a very high paying career field. I dropped out and enlisted in the Infantry because I wanted to give back to the country that took me in and gave me opportunities I could never have dreamt of otherwise (also because I saw videos of Rangers and wanted to do what they were doing). I just thought it would be cool, and I enjoyed my time in. Made a bunch of friends, traveled, learned some great skills. Now I’m out, completed my studies and work in tech (and support both my wife and myself comfortably on a single salary).

I served with guys who had engineering degrees, dudes who had a fuckton of money and never had to work, people from all different backgrounds. Hell, I had a medic who recently completed medical school after getting out. We had people from overseas who lived in absolute shitholes and wanted to be Americans - ALL of them were extremely serious about America and were willing to put their lives on the line because they had it much worse off over where they came from.

Very few of us had no other options. For most of us, we were there because we wanted to be there. One of the guys who I served with had a Masters in some field of mathematics. One of the guys I went to OSUT with had an MBA and was bored of the business world - he wanted to earn his Long Tab. Another had an MBA, spent time kicking doors and now flies helicopters in 160th SOAR.

I wasn’t born here, and if I were back in my country of birth, I probably would have had many choices for what I wanted to do with my life... but that’s not what was in the cards for me. I busted my ass, earned every opportunity that was presented to me, and decided to take a break from a very cushy life to give back. I, as well as many others, had MANY other options - we just felt that at the time, that was the appropriate place to be.

Realize that people have all different reasons for joining, and while there are the crazy ones, there are also those with a true love for this nation. Some who can trace their lineage back to the Revolution and wear that with pride. People who would happily give up their lives for the Constitution. Many have families who they want to give the best shot at a comfortable life. Get in deep with a bunch of Infantrymen for a bit and you’ll see that most of us just want to hang out, grill up some good food, not get taxed out the ass, not lose our 2A rights and would much rather be at home on the couch with a beer than out there rounding people up to send to the camps.

There are also exclusions to the Posse Comitatus Act. One such exclusion is when certain SOF units are aiding domestic law enforcement with their counter-terrorism skill set. When they are referring to SOF units, they aren’t talking about your standard run of the mill Batt or Group guy, they are usually talking about those in SMU such as 1st SFOD-D, the “Activity” (ISA) and RRC.

And outside of that dumb cocksucker Stan Goff, almost all of the folks in USASOC/JSOC are pretty damn conservative. I’ve yet to meet one Ranger, SF or Delta cat who doesn’t love their country.

I mean USSTRATCOM HQ is at Offutt AFB. Not suggesting anything, but it is there.

The wife and I are both deeply involved in the fitness community - more in the world of serious lifters, not that bikini dieting contest garbage. The Brazilians have it on lock.

The Brazilian women... absolute beauties (Vivi Winkler for example).

Color me surprised... flight attendants are all faggots and loose women.

The issue seems to do with the volume of packages FedEx and UPS are getting - from what I’ve heard from people who ship out packages in the hundreds daily, those shippers are turning down packages or pushing them through to USPS since apparently USPS cannot deny it.

The problem is a lot of times shippers are using SmartPost/SurePost to fulfill orders. I pay for UPS or FedEx and it’s handed off to USPS to fulfill. They had some of my medication sitting in a USPS warehouse for over 5 days and because it was at a USPS hub, I was unable (as in they wouldn’t allow me) to pick it up. They also sent me on a wild fucking goose chase to multiple different facilities where my package “was located” only for all of them to tell me it was never sent there.

Yet, I paid for FedEx.

Brother, one of the best soldiers I ever had the pleasure of serving with was a tiny little guy (like 5’5”) who came to the USA from Vietnam. You know what made him great? He never gave up and pushed through. Your size doesn’t dictate your worth - as long as you can dig deep and find that inner strength, you’re more than fine. Plus you’ll be shoulder to shoulder with an army of fellow America loving patriots. You’ll be fine!

They basically just supplied us with free barriers.

Just more goodies to provide defilade.

That was a fake news article that originated last year claiming that she would shut down Social Security payments back in April of 2020. I remember reading that back in March of last year.
