The judiciary doesn't have the power to fix this unfortunately. Let's say they rule the mail-in ballots are void, Trump won. Let's say they rule it's a state rights issue, Biden won. You have the exact same problem afterwards, neither side will accept it.

You are looking for a person who would commit treason for money yet would risk certain death to set the record straight for honor. Such a person, I fear, does not exist.

Not necessarily. I certainly wouldn't count on it.

This is the right idea, the foreign country becomes the perpetrator which is an umbrella reserved for the executive to look under. However, then you need to show proof of damage. So an individual who's vote was manipulated after casting, or without casting themselves. I'm not sure that's possible to prove.

I don't trust them. But they operate on very specific logic that most people don't have any experience with. So any chance must start with a better understanding.

I am aware of the boxes. Be prepared but do not hope for the last one.

Discovery takes times and has rules. Given the money involved on defense, I severely doubt the first exchange of such could happen before inauguration day.

That's a meme I haven't heard in a long time... I don't really miss middle school.

Cheaters who win punish opposition to validate themselves. Human psychology is really scary; it's too bad most people have abandoned the better systems we developed over the past few thousand years.

In a weird way I agree with you. All this crying about cheating is meaningless in court without the smoking gun. Autopsy of the victim is not enough. What can be proven in court is not the bar of what a reasonable person should believe is true however.

Anyway, I am replying only because I think that will boost visibility of the original comment.

I think we both have more important things to do.

You misunderstand. The courts are not properly setup to process a claim of a crime without a specific alleged perpetrator. Just look at civil forfeiture where technically money is accused of committing the crime of being illegal. Furthermore, the court battles have barely begun. Anything out there yet is just a plea for an emergency injunction, which would not evaluate any technical evaluations.

I know you are probably just here to get a rise, may even be a bot. If Biden wins I'm in all the scapegoat tribal categories of the regressives so I might as well go down fighting.

I'd rather not. More important shit to do.

I deal with lawyers often unfortunately. They are far more "people-people" than "number-people" or even "things-people". The "best" are the ones that read people and can pick them apart. I doubt there exists a significant amount of prominent lawyers or judges that understand any of the technical fraud arguments being made here. That's why any proof must lead to a person if the play is to win in court.

I appreciate all the work people here are doing to point out the irregularities. However, because the cheating is so obvious, the cognitive dissonance is probably and ironically stronger. The only effective way to get through that is to find a person to blame. The "dems" won't do it. The good news is we don't know how to find all of them, just one will probably be enough to break the spell.

Has anyone found who is filling these harvested ballots out? With modern tech it only takes a handful of people, but without finding a specific person to pin it on, I don't see either side ever conceding. I know which side I will fight on in a civil war, but I really hope it doesn't come to that.

Family court is fucked up beyond belief. First step needs to be supporting good fathers before worrying about the intentional deadbeats.

I would love to see a new Justice before the funeral protes... processions even start. That said, it does nothing to stop the Democrats from nullifying the supreme court if Biden wins; they have literally already promoted court packing and other restructuring schemes as a given if they don't like the makeup if installed. We must secure the vote, I hope this helps that effort.

Signature matching is a third party's opinion. Who works for the other side. I'm see the table turning attempt, I'm not seeing the step that corrects the hypocritical enforcement.

That said, sometimes springing the trap is the best play.

And between now and November the DOJ is going to be arresting and locking them up by the hundreds, if not thousands.

Again, it could play out, but I don't buy this step. You start arresting pollsters, even with video evidence of vote tampering, it will not save the election. It would kick off civil war 2.

I do get "it" but I don't understand Trump here. Mail-in has no integrity. Trump supporters will be targeted for fraud by "securing their vote" while dems stuff and dump ballots in the other room. Agreeing to the rules of a rigged game is a strategic error without an ace in the hole.

So much this. I fear Trump not holding the line on mail-in voting is conceding that civil war is inevitable. The system was solved and successfully gamed. Even if he catches thousands of people cheating red handed, streamed on video, it doesn't matter to most people anymore. I don't have a solution, but ceding this argument in advance undermines resistance to fighting fraud later.
