The hospital that I work at is relatively empty. We have some long term patients, and we occasionally get covid19 positive patients...
I do hvac so I slammed some UV lights into our systems and installed a bunch all over the campus .... no massive outbreaks. Nobody has died from covid since the pandemic started here. I don't think we've lost anyone for any reason in a long fuckin time.
My wife's great uncle is within a week or two of passing due to terminal brain cancer

So the reason I believe the government needs to give out $$ to its citizens ... in this particular instance... is because the government is the one who decided they needed to shut down. Its why I was laid off from my job for 4 months, its why my wife had to close the doors to her business, and its why so many others lost everything.
They did not give me a choice, and they took from me. In a perfect world I would be paid back in full for what is owed, but that is pie in the sky.
With that being said, fuck this entire stimulus. It isn't a stimulus, it is a payout to foreign countries and a small pittance given to Americans to keep us quiet. Shut up and take the money and move along citizen
