The Democrats can't even find an electable candidate for president.
You'd think that as the alleged pArTy Of DiVeRsItY they would be able to get someone besides S̶t̶a̶t̶l̶e̶r̶ ̶a̶n̶d̶ ̶W̶a̶l̶d̶o̶r̶f̶ Biden and Bernie, but noooo, their leaders are all senile alcoholics, child sniffers, communists, bartenders, incestuous muslims and can generally be categorized as discount Adam West Batman villains.
What a stupid racist. None of this crap will change until we call out racism across the board, no exceptions.
And I'm not talking about the ambiguous, weaponized, social justice version of racism, I'm talking about the real, hateful racism that Symone Sanders is advocating here where you judge people based off of how much melanin they have.
I find this whole narrative of blaming the republicans for being too far right while the dems are somehow moderate complete and utter buffalo chips.
The Dems literally had a self proclaimed Marxist as a major presidential candidate and to be honest, the republicans have been more than happy to accommodate the left and move over on issues like gay marriage and the consequences of the alphabet people coming into social power.
For as much as I like Trump as a president, if he was running in the 90's he could have gone on the Democratic ticket so I don't want to hear any more about how the Democrats are somehow "centrist" or "moderate", especially when the fact of the matter is that whenever there's a political compromise on a major issue, it's the right compromising to the left.
Less Safe For Work but it's worth reading.
Wow, if you send your kids to public school that might be a bit much, but if it's private school, more power to you.
I don't know your exact situation, but homeschooling might be a good option, especially if you have rural connections.
I've softened my tone regarding unions after having friends and family deal with different stuff with their jobs, and as far as I can tell they're a "necessary evil" but not for the reason you might think.
The reason they join the unions isn't for collective bargaining, it's for legal protection, because in the good ol' US of A there's a lot of deadbeat parents who send their kids off to school and then proceed to watch daytime TV where every other commercial is either an ambulance chasing lawyer or some other form of "I called 'Mr. Fight-for-me lawyer' and got the $250,000 I really deserve"
After seeing what the (public) school systems can put the teachers through it makes me wonder why anyone would want to be an education major...
I'm no psychologist, but my guess is that deep down inside, there's an incredible amount of resentment toward Melania because
a) Melania is objectively very beautiful even at age 49...even when she wears jackets and capes. b) Melania is married to the most powerful man in the world and she is able to live her life without murdering people like Hillary or ruining school lunches like Barack's domestic partner.
Whereas Chrissy Teigen is a complete enigma as a supermodel because she's not actually that good looking and she's married to John Legend aka People magazine's sexiest man alive which is about as believable as her being a supermodel.
TL;DR she's jealous
Well when you consider that the generation that sent us to the moon was growing up at a time when one-room schoolhouses were still a thing it makes you realize how much of what constitutes modern "schooling" is peripheral to actually educating people.
If they turn over the bodycam footage it might be justifiable.
If the bodycam footage is "missing" or "was lost" well then... you know they have no inhibitions about murdering you while your sleeping next to your significant other and unborn child.
Homeschooling is a means to an end.
Parents, not the state are responsible for raising their own children. Even if you're not able to homeschool, or send your kids to private school, they're still your responsibility. In a lot of cases, the best way to be responsible for your children is to homeschool them but everyone needs to remember that the parenting at home makes a bigger difference than the schooling.
Some of the nicest, loving, and most knitted together families I've ever met have come from countries where they couldn't homeschool because it was illegal, they just didn't let that get in the way of being good parents or taking responsibility for their kids.
Don't think that I'm being dismissive of homeschooling, in fact, it can be very effective and rewarding, but it's not a magic bullet and it's not easy.
I think people know it's bad whether or not they want to admit it.
But I think it's as much a symptom of the problem as it is a problem in and of itself.
The real problem is not having a legitimate sexual outlet, between people putting off marriage and the amount of sexless marriages (each of which are the symptom of some other problem) it's really not surprising that the most popular websites are all illicit in nature.
I LIKE B̶E̶E̶R̶ DIET COKE!!!
