That's a govt thing. Always been that way.

Texas still had an interracial marriage ban in the 60s. My grandparents (white grandfather, Hispanic grandmother) were only allowed to marry because she was considered white hispanic as the fed and the state consider Hispanic a ethnicity and cultural tie and not a race.

I imagine this was in some ways to create a tiered system to separate blacks from other minorities.

Of course in common practice people use Hispanic as a proxy for Latin/South American descent. Journalists and politicians just exploit the definitions that's been around for decades

The weirdest part to me is that the vehicle had 4 people in it.

I don't understand why the other 3 would be in the vehicle

It feels like a meme.

Anakin: "we brought in 300+ terrorists"

Padme: "to stand trial and be punished accordingly right?"

Anakin: "..."

Padme: "....right?"

The EU is learning first hand that you don't rely on your enemy for trade

This is why China won't ever touch Taiwan. Taiwan's absolute monopoly on top level silicon chips ensures that anyone who attacks them is instantly destroyed by every other major country on earth because of the economic threat. 9.1% inflation? Oh we'd be talking 30-40% before we even get to fuel or food.

Every expensive phone, computer, military equipment, medical equipment etc that came out in the last few years has many of its chips made in factories in Taiwan. So even without causing war with the US, Japan and Europe, they're entire tech manufacturing sector instantly collapses

This isn't even a case of "we need to build one". We're trying, they're literally years ahead of us in R&D for this sector.

Yeah he's our best option if trump doesn't run in 24. He has most of trump's positives but with far less baggage. Fraud would probably be harder to pull off because DeSantis doesn't drive people to the polls in anger allowing them to have a cover for their fraud.

Hard to fraud when dem turnout is down and you're able to pull independents

He's admitted in court that his TV persona is a character. I believe it was in a divorce preceding.

So I mean they could say he said the shit intentionally for his fans even though he didn't think it was true.

Hard to prove either way

Dog and pony show

Taiwan would win a defensive war due to an Immediate collapse of the global tech manufacturing industry bankrupting China and pissing off every other country at once by interrupting the flow of silicon.

Taiwan controls 100% of top level silicon chip manufacturing.

Imagine a world where the US, EU, and China can't make any new military hardware, top level consumer electronics or top level medical equipment for 2-3 years. (That's how long it takes to build a factory and only Taiwan has the R&D for these chips currently)

China: "we big and scary"

Taiwan: "lol shut up bitch or no silicon chips for you, you like having a manufacturing sector huh?"

China: "yes sir...."

Taiwan has China by the balls for one reason

Silicon chips. They control 100% of the market for nearly all consumer electronics and military equipment that debuted in the last few years.

Any deliberate blockade of those supplies causes an instant world war as it would cause a global economic collapse that makes this recession look like a tiny pothole. It takes 2 years to build a new plant and America doesn't have the R&D to even make the chips that Taiwan does, as they are more advanced than us in this regard.

China's entire tech manufacturing sector dies overnight by a blockade.

It's all a dog and pony show

China is laughably weak on offense as they lack any meaningful numbers of transport or logistics ships and have almost no refueling capability. Their planes also have massive logistics and repair issues. They are a massive paper Tiger when it comes to offense

And then you get to the crux.

The silicon factories. Taiwan controls 100% of the top of the line silicon chip manufacturing in the smallest size nanometers. That's not a typo, it's literally 100%. These chips are used from everything from the phone you got last week, to massive military hardware of both China and America.

Taiwan would destroy these factories if they were being conquered

This would create a economic collapse that makes this one seem like a fucking joke. Imagine a world where China, US and Europe can't make any new military equipment that's top of the line or consumer electronics go Unmanufactured for 2 years. China's entire economy would collapse overnight causing an actual revolution.

It's not as simple as "oh we can just build one here". It takes 2 years to build a plant and sadly, America is BEHIND Taiwan in R&D.

China will never invade. Ever.

Man imagine how simple that poll would be to conduct. Just walk to a grocery store and ask people checking out and then go to curbside and ask some of them.

All are going to blame the Dems

Not that's $4.86 or whatever it got to

Location of most lesions are in the genitalia because of how they initially got it

Thin membranes and skin and a lot of damage make it super easy to spread that way.

Anyone can get it. It's as contagious as chicken pox so if someone has it on their arms and they pick up a nephew like any other normal uncle would the kid is likely going to catch it.
