Okay quick questions. Could the president of the senate (Pence) refuse to accept the elector votes from the states that broke constitutional law and thus send the 12th amendment into effect? Making it where only each state gets one vote (happened before so there’s already a precedent) and of course more red states then blue so he would win. And the Supreme Court is holding off and not getting involved so when the democrats try to take it to the court they can just go with what they were doing and not get involved thus making it official?
