My wife, who became a citizen in order to vote for Trump, was getting her passport at the post office and said that all of the other recent citizens (from Iraq, Israel and Australia) also said that all of the others at the post office were voting Trump and so are their families, they're excited too! by HistoryInvestigator

Think it's a typo I've never heard of Seppa. We call Americans Seppo's down here. Rhyming slang, with Yank rhyming with septic tank. Septic tank then shortened to seppo. We're wierd lol.
