Representatives,
I, as your constituent, request your dutiful representation. The People believe the State is in grave peril, and it is not too late to exercise your wisdom and courage.
As this video linked below demonstrates clearly, selecting a slate of Electors based off of the false presumption that Joseph R. Biden legitimately won the 2020 general election would be a fatal mistake.

I urge you to demand answers for the People before you proceed to select our slate of Electors on December 14th, 2020. It is your prerogative as a member of this State legislature.
Consider these facts.
According to Article 2 of the United States' Constitution, the Electors vote for the President. According to Article 2 of the United States' Constitution, the State's Legislatures select Electors. According to 3 U.S. Code § 2, however: "Whenever any State has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors, and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner as the legislature of such State may direct.
If you do not heed this advice, you put the State in jeopardy under Section 2 of the 14th Amendment to the United States Constitution. There are still 2020 general election cases pending in the Supreme Court. If the Supreme Court ultimately decides that our State legislature sent Electors based on fraud or cheating, our State will lose a number of House of Representative Seats in Congress for the duration of the current Census Appointment.
I urge you to take the path of wisdom and courage. The process does not need to be rushed, and you are well within your Rights to select Electors on a subsequent day. Rushing , however, will put the State through unnecessary peril.
