To me, when they mumble, I regard them as a friend. They are told to say 'mask, blah, blah', but, they are also told to not bother enforcing it. The cops will be on them if they don't say anything.
I take a mask in my pocket case somebody wants to enforce the command. So, I went to my local Walmart. I was walking in, and the guy said "mumble, mumble, mask, mumble" I reached into my pocket and before I even had it up to my face he was off looking at who knows what. (Of course, I was going to take it off before I got 10 feet past him.)

I work for a company whose contract is with the city. One person in a building of about 1000, mol, was diagnosed with Covid. IMMEDIATELY, they started to restrict activity, using the term 'overabundance of caution'. A super quarantine was begun, and the entire building was closed for about a week, and entire sections walled off like ICU departments in a hospital. That was the first day! Now, we all have to take a 1 week per month furlough. This overabundance of caution is now at the subcritical level!

I was going to try and write out a scenario, but, no need. Just look at the mask restrictions. TP shortages. Meat shortages? Cleaning products, ffs! Armed or disarmed, look at how our nation has suffered just from the flu lockdowns. And, look at how we did NOTHING! 99% of the citizens, Pedes included, will throw you to the wolves just to get toilet paper, let alone water! All a governor has to do is speak...speak, mind you!...as they did with the flu, and voila! You have your Auschwitz ready and filled. Guns and Patriots mean nothing.
I'm not so sure that the Deep State even needs to steal our guns. All they need to do is declare a National Emergency, re-route our water supplies, and they will have a docile group. Easier than making masks mandatory.
