I can't feel sympathy for police who go along with this type of leadership. It's always someone else's fault and more excuses. What's the difference between a thug and a cop if they both follow the same orders? The police need an overhauling of their administrators but resist that with lethal force and imprisonment, all while letting crime go unchecked. Also, I've never seen the police do anything good for anyone while on the job. Way too many are dirty and old boys club types.
Ive done everything I can to prevent this kind of thing. Im surrounded by crazies and crazies are always allowed to win. The police chief here has the "broken window" policy from Gulianni (I believe) but he's more interested in having transexuals train his force than any broken window policy. Windows in this complex have been broken in half the apartments, mine three times. It was only a matter of time before they got my stuff too, instead of just the neighbors.

Thank you. The situation here is very strange. Its supposedly HUD but is managed by Mental Health America. I was reluctant to move in but it seemed like cheap rent (I've never done HUD before) and better than the hellhole I was in previously. Thing is, I do not receive HUD here, I was planning on living here for a year and then moving somewhere in BFE country, like Nebraska or Wyoming and getting a job doing God's work with my hands , but I do not receive HUD so it does not follow me if I move. Fraud, and I've had it up to here (chin smack).
