Yuge voter turnout for Trump. Their news companies keep spouting "unexpected" but we all know it was

3
Thedeadliestmau5 3 points ago +3 / -0

Biden blew his load on early voting and the lead he got was very minimal compared to what Trump is expected to gain today from poll voting

They're continuing to bully them in what would normally be known as "election interference" (it is). I wouldn't be surprised if they do one big shutdown right before November 3 due to "a big spike in positives!!!!"

The polls are always wrong, they will conveniently "not count yet" the republican votes to make it look like they are winning. The numbers are heavily skewed

Thedeadliestmau5 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah since they’re all for expanding, Trump should suggest expanding it his next term and adding on 4 more justices

From what I read so far it allows victims with damaged property due to wildfires or disasters to transfer their primary residence property tax face value to their replacement property of any value anywhere within the state. I'm all for helping the victims, but they have been taxing and re-directing local funds for far too long. We wouldn't have wildfire disaster problems if it was managed correctly.

The tax burden is then shifted by changing the state constitution to make those who inherit a home in California who do not use it as a primary residence, or rent it out, to re-assess the home and pay property tax on it on the current home value. If you plan on inheriting a home in California, Prop 19 is a huge NO

This is just how I will be voting on this. I advise everyone to use your own discretion, do your research, and vote accordingly

[CALIFORNIA]

[RIVERSIDE COUNTY]

[District 42 US REPRESENTATIVE]: [KEVIN CALVERT (R)] ALL THE WAY. PRO-2A, PRO LAW AND ORDER. THE OPPOSITION WILLIAM O'MARA (D) IS LITERALLY A NECKBEARD AND A MEMBER OF THE SOCIALIST PARTY OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

[District 67 STATE ASSEMBLY]: [KELLY SEYARTO] (R) HE IS COOL AND FROM MY AREA OF SOCAL AND LED THE LEGAL BATTLE SUING THE GOVERNOR OF CALIFORNIA TO JUSTIFY THE LOCKDOWNS AND CLOSING SMALL BUSINESSES

[PROP 14]: [NO]: This proposition would borrow billions to pay for stem cell research at a new, dedicated state institute of stem cell research.

[PROP 15]: [NO]: This proposition would exempt businesses from current California restrictions on property taxes.

[PROP 16]: [NO]: This is the reintroduction of affirmative action in California. EDIT: a user pointed out to me that it is far worse than just the reintroduction of affirmative action, as it completely nullifies Civil Rights laws in California, taking our strides in racial equality back at least 70 years

[PROP 17]: [NO]: Expanded voting rights for convicted felons.

[PROP 18]: [NO]: In theory, this is supposed to extend the right to vote to 17 year old minors in limited circumstances. In particular, they have to be 18 by the time of the next general election. Besides the usual arguments against allowing 17-year-old children to vote in primaries, which are even stronger in a CA situation where primaries are just general elections which occur before a November runoff and can result in a political party being locked out of the November race, this amendment to California's Constitution would also permit minors to vote in special elections, provided that the next general election is within one year.

[PROP 19]: [NO]: This would reform deductions etc. by directly amending the state Constitution and openly states that it would raise revenue for wildfire suppression. California needs to get real forest management and stop trying to tax and spend their way out of this. Also if you plan on inheriting you’re parents home in California, you would need to live in it to receive the same property taxes that they had when they bought it. Under this, using your newly inherited home as a second property or a rental would cost significantly more in property tax

[PROP 20]: [YES]: This amendment would bring greater law and order to California by restricting early parole, require DNA collection for some misdemeanors, and more. Offset for if PROP 25 passes

[PROP 21]: [NO]: This would expand rent control.

[PROP 22]: [YES]: Allow independent contractor apps like Lyft and Uber to continue operating. Some are voting NO in spite of California for voting in shitty Democrats. I never recommend voting in spite, as they will always use your vote to justify the "support" for the law.

[PROP 23]: [NO]: Expands healthcare regulations and restricts businesses' ability to close, thus forcing them to take out loans to comply with regulations prohibiting business closure, without any reimbursement for unprofitable businesses. This would harshly discourage the opening of businesses in the healthcare industry and consequently reduce availability of healthcare services.

[PROP 24]: [NO]: The bill in question, variously nicknamed CCPA, CPRA, CPPA, etc. by different sources, would establish a new state agency to enforce state privacy laws. As this would have interstate effects, I do not want the online services I use subjected to the whims of some unelected bureaucracy. If you plan on leaving, this would have consequences for you as well, and quite importantly even California voters will have limited oversight over the new CPPA agency.

[PROP 25]: [NO]: This is the worst one. Explicitly condemned by Trump himself, this referendum would end cash bail in favor of mass prisoner release for all prisoners who are eligible for bail.

Still no debate question about his stance on gun control. Joe Biden has currently the most radical stance on gun control from any politician in history. He states on his website he wants to outright ban online sales of even gun parts, and even state wide mandatory buybacks (confiscations)

The moderator didn’t want to ask him that because she knows how radical is and would jeopardize his votes in the swing states, all of which are very pro gun at the moment

Huge disappointment, if you’re campaigning on banning guns, the people deserve to hear your argument during the debates

They’ll report on the gun show poop hole, Trump’s tax returns, Kavanaugh rape allegations, but not Biden’s son using taxpayer money to buy crack? Wow

This absolutely is an information civil war. It’s been going on for years but the administration is working extra hard on unmasking it this year
