They're usually empty and cleaner since the government seems to think that every other person is trans when in fact it's 99.1% of the population that are male and female and there is .9% of the Canadian population that makes up Trudeau's list of 177 genders.

Lineups outside the washrooms. Hockey games is where I've done this the most. In-between periods there's usually a good long 50+ person line outside each men's washroom. Women's you can walk right in.

The lines I've skipped were at hockey games and rest stops / en routes where men line ups were large.
