Judge Timothy Batten Sr. ruled today that the Federal Government has no authority to overrule states, reversing; Brown vs Board of Education, Roe vs Wade, Lawrence vs Texas, the Obamacare ruling and Bush vs Gore.
Is there a legal requirement that judges actually read the subpoenas submitted to them in a case or can they just ignore it and say that there is no evidence? If so is there any kind of penalty for not reviewing the evidence?
If the official version is correct and not a web of lies then a county clerk, accidentally and without malice, transferred 6k votes out of 16k from one candidate to another. And no one upstream noticed. There was no red flags, there was no notations. If one person, not affiliated with the state election process hadn’t called attention to it, then it would have just gone on with no one noticing that MORE THAN A THIRD of all the votes in the county had been transferred to Biden from President Trump. We are then told that despite multiple people in various levels of ballot collecting and counting posting on social media their hatred of President Trump, it is impossible that anyone else, anywhere, using a system that allows user to seamlessly and without a trace, transfer votes from Trump to Biden, transferred votes from Trump to Biden. But as concerned citizens investigated they found more and more evidence of a system that was either completely corrupt or had been corupted.
I didn't know that this existed or if I did that Kissinger and Albright (responsible for some of the worst foreign policies in US history) were on it. Apparently the committee members are not paid but have a staff of employees and offices in Federal buildings. But there isn't anything I can find about their level of access.
Bonus question, did they get to use Federal planes/transportation or travel vouchers?
They do an excellent job of showing Winston Churchill as being seen as unreasonable for his stand against Hitler and the nazi conquest of Europe. Alone, beset on all sides by even members of his own party working to undermine him while he is fighting for the survival of his nation against a monstrous evil. And he found that he had tremendous support among the real people, the "common" people.
How did they refer to President Trump before he was sworn in?
Keep seeing different stories that are describing similar circumstances and I don't know if they are the same stories or different places that have just suddenly found more.
Please and thank you.
He said "oh, right. They wouldn't, would they?"
No, seriously, us. We pool money together and buy a majority share in Fox, turn it around. Then with the increased profits from that we buy CNN. Again, we don't need to make them into our bitches, just make them neutral and honest. Their ratings go up, rinse and repeat until we honest up all the big media orgs.
I've heard they are still counting in Wayne and it was down to them and Antrim but then there were news reports that a county reported with a total near 760,000. That could only be Wayne, Oakland or Macomb. But for Macomb that would be over 88% of the population voting.
Or even just search for voters with an age greater than 95 and then compare those to death records! Someone on this site must know how to do this!
Crowder just went on break but is checking video and pictures he's been sent to document vote fraud. Check out his livestream
One was literally crying when she heard that "Trump used weapons of war on peaceful protestors" but I made sure she knew how bad Biden was, is, and would be!
Voting for Trump!
