I work for a large business. I have to take 2 "diversity and inclusion" classes each year. I could go my entire career and not know a class like this was an option because there are so many. There are so many because these large corporations outsource to numerous firms dedicated to creating this content and then they rubber stamp it because, hey, it's not their own industry, that's why they're outsourcing to begin with. It's entirely possible coke wasnt even aware that this was the content. Because it's a 3rd party source, they can easily say "it wasnt our training", but you're still directing your employees to this content, I feel like you own some responsibility for that.
