Amy Berman Jackson waited for Barr to give her the cue. Barr said how many years and months he wanted Stone to serve, and Jackson gave him exactly what Barr wanted him to get.

So maybe, if Barr can find the decency to comment that Flynn's case should be tossed, Sullivan will toss it.

We'll see.

Indictments didn't happen two weeks ago. Flynn's case isn't being dismissed as we speak.

Somehow or other I end up calling it right.

Two weeks ago people were saying, 'Indictments next week.'

I said this would not happen. I was right.

Next the buzz was Flynn case dismissed this week. I said it wouldn't happen.

Flynn's case is not being dismissed this week.

I'd be happy to be wrong. But those are just two examples; there were many others. I haven't called it wrong yet.

These are the people who would have investigated the Seth Rich murder...had they wanted to solve it. But they didn't.

My signal will happen when the charges are dismissed.

Barr called the travesty of justice in Roger Stone's case "a righteous prosecution." He only sees through the lens of DOJ/FBI being right, Trump supporters being wrong.

It doesn't take this long to run a sting. Been watching long enough. This is a monstrous miscarriage of justice. But this has been known for years and the guilty pay no price.

If the plan was to ruin Flynn and drag it out far beyond a reasonable timeframe, it succeeded.

None of these super secret double sting type theories ever pans out. Trump has repeatedly deplored the injustice to which Flynn has been subjected.

That's all it is: injustice.

Actually first Lindsey will jump in front of a camera and run his mouth.

Then he'll write the letter.

Priorities.

Sullivan has had all the information he needed to dismiss this case for many months--if not much longer.

There is such a thing as dragging a case out too long. Then the process becomes the punishment, the innocent suffer as if they were guilty, and the judge should be called out for misconduct.

Observe how it works. The DOJ wanted to keep the McCabe investigation open without ever coming to a decision. A federal judge delivered the smack down.

Judge tells DOJ to file charges against McCabe or end the investigation...

A federal judge has given the Department of Justice an ultimatum regarding former acting FBI Director Andrew McCabe: file charges or drop their probe of whether McCabe lied to investigators

[The deadline was November 15]

Maybe he will satisfy himself by calling the railroading of Flynn a "righteous prosecution."
