It's a CNN article and all it says is that Obama has been working the phone behind the scenes--not just with Sanders but with all the candidates. [He's got to do something; he's not working on his presidential memoir.] They are hoping it helps Biden if Obama joins his campaign. I'm not so sure. People will be scrutinizing Biden, not Obama. Plus anybody Obama endorses usually loses.
