When a cop gets a call he should finish his drink, crossword , reading material etc. yawn , slowly drive to the troubled era very slow and safe finally arrive and evaluate the situation from a very safe distance allow all the mayhem killing or whatever to take place as not to get evolved so as not to cause any anger directed towards him . Monitor the situation carefully then call in for some backup to come in and assist in the evaluation of the problem. Then call the paramedics to come before putting himself at risk . Then when they get there very slowly get a plan to develop a strategy to possibly engage the people that could be committing a crime . Hopefully by then the hole ordeal has calmed down and everyone is dead or gone . Then he can move on to what he was doing before being bothered!
