Damn, NC has a Democrat governor and AG who conveniently won by 13k votes out of 2.7 million, when the recount threshold is no more than 10k votes. It wasn't until November 17 when they finally completed results. Seems suspicious.

Maybe a pharma pede can chime in, but aren't significant safety concerns during FDA trials considered side effects that are life threatening? Infertility isn't an immediate risk of death or safety and could be why it was omitted. These type of submissions are very much lawyered over and by the book legalese.
