I'd interpret it as siding with the plaintiff. The blue states say dismiss the case it is baseless. The red states say we support the case and want it to go through.

Ohio wants it heard out.

So as far as I can tell, the overall case is this right?

The Constitution says certain parts of the state governments are responsible for election laws, and the four indicated state executive or judicial branches unilaterally changed laws using the pandemic as cover.

Sorry for being slow but did Fartwell do anything in particular? Or is he just a Chinese leak source.

Sorry but I'm out of the loop on Fartwell here, what's his relevance? I've seen a lot of reference to him and his yellow fever but don't remember what the deal is with him.

Doesn't hurt to voice our concerns, if CA pedes can do it then so can we.

Wonder if the state legislature could make them do it? I think NC legislature is red

NC has leftist Governor and AG but worth a shot.

I watched him multiple times a day, but as soon as I saw he was full Biden immediately after election day I unsubscribed from everything.

Yep, NC has a Democrat governor and AG. The AG won by a margin of 13k votes, just enough to avoid the recount at 10k.

I submitted the contact form anyway.

Damn, NC has a Democrat governor and AG who conveniently won by 13k votes out of 2.7 million, when the recount threshold is no more than 10k votes. It wasn't until November 17 when they finally completed results. Seems suspicious.

If you go into the saved passwords page in the settings you could go to the original domain and look out up, but I don't remember what that was.

"We reached out to Pfizer for comment but didn’t receive a response in time for publication, although there was no mention of risk of sterility in Pfizer’s publicly available study. In a Nov. 20, 2020, press release Pfizer said no significant safety concerns have been observed during vaccine studies. "

Maybe a pharma pede can chime in, but aren't significant safety concerns during FDA trials considered side effects that are life threatening? Infertility isn't an immediate risk of death or safety and could be why it was omitted. These type of submissions are very much lawyered over and by the book legalese.

I was at a bar and saw a commercial of one of those late night fucks making fun of her alongside a bunch of celebrities mocking her. Definitely marching orders are out, she must be one of the strongest witnesses.

Phone doesn't recognize it for some reason.

Yeah looks like she stands up, picks them up from up top, straightens in front of the monitor, puts the same stack into the bottom of the scanner, and sits back down to scan the whole bunch again. Happens at like 10:27 and 11:27. Can't see the whole sequence after because the feed jumps.
