As a owner of a farm in northern california, I can't find enough people to run upper management or labors because most who wants a job won't relocate, they act like people don't travel for a job. I offer 25$ hr and free housing and people in california think that is way to low of a pay... They always say that they deserve 30-35$ hr because of other jobs offer it...

I roll my eyes since most don't give free housing and to rent in california cost a arm and a leg....
