I think all of the things that you stated above are very good things. It provides boundaries for you to keep you healthy, because your health and welfare are of no concern to a true narcissist sociopath.

Being able to say no, and accept no are very good traits to have. It took me a long time to figure that out as well.

I wrote a book called helping yourself by hating others. It’s not what you think, it’s basically about ridding yourself of toxic people in your life, And boundaries and such.

One of the chapters I talk about people like this narcissist sociopath. As we grow up, boys taught how not to heat. Hate is bad. But they never really teaches how to not laugh too much. It’s not the hate that can consume you as much as loving too much. That is a very Difficult emotion to manage. Because of course we’re supposed to love people.

Disengaging from an abusive person that you love, I think it’s - is one of the hardest things for people to do. Unfortunately I had to remove a person from my life recently, and I no longer speak with them. It is a family member and it’s very sad. We were friends since childhood.

I have also learned, that these people will never change. I believe it’s some type of a mental disorder. Unless somebody is willing to manage this type of mind Fuckery it’s best to not get wrapped up in their world. Because it will always be their world.

I am happy to hear you have learned all that you have and that it helps you with dealing with these types of people.

So many people just don’t know. And it’s sad. But also having to go through what we’ve gone through, has educated us. There’s no other way. That’s a tough side of it.

This is what our government is doing to so many people right now and they don’t even see it. Narcissistic sociopaths running Congress and the White House. It’s a sad day.

The entire story it doesn’t say what he did. Why is he in jail? It’s not even mentioned anywhere in the article which I find very strange.

This is a little bit ambiguous. What was the website about I mean the story doesn’t say anything to me. Although I think I’ve heard of some thing about this before, I don’t understand what you’re saying here.

Also change your screen name to trump won. I went back through all the products that I purchased and gave them reviews. Then I get an email that says… Thanks… Trump won for your review

Thanks it’s been a long road to hoe. So many stories, but you’re right. I think having a couple narcissistic sociopaths in my life has helped to hone my skills. The leading questions, oh… The leading questions. I can see it coming from a mile away now. It’s always question… Right? Right? I always say, I’m not going to say right… Yes or no, until we’re done having a conversation. Because by the end, they will say well - you said right didn’t you? And then that’s the hook.

This, this is the way! Always go back to the original question or topic, as they lead you down the Merry path. I would just say, that’s a great point. And I’ll write that down, but let’s get back to the original question. Ohhh... ohhh nnoooo. That’s when the conversation breaks down, and they go at little cuckoo. Because they’re not in control. This is how you know, there’s no right or wrong answer to anything. It’s just a matter of keeping you engaged.

I learned that you can’t reason with an unreasonable person. So don’t waste your time.

They have the highest rate of abortion as well. Planned Parenthood specifically puts their locations closer to a predominantly black neighborhoods. If you check with Candace Owens she has real numbers on how many black people have actually been murdered through abortion. But that’s OK this guy can just keep voting Democrat, and he can lick the boot of those that he despises. He’s just a troll anyway so it really doesn’t matter. He’s probably not even black

Well there was two things that occurred at one time. I was accused of having some kind of a adulterous encounter with another person’s husband that worked there. The three of us had gone out drinking one night, and we all hung out at their house. Well the next day, She told a lot of lies about me - Accusing me and shaming me. It was a very difficult time for me, but I just kept my mouth shut. I worked for a very high up, and he asked me if it was true, and I told him no! And he believed me and he had my back. Of course a week or two rolls around, and I ended up in the restroom with another Highup executive assistant. She just looked at me like, it’s been a rough couple weeks Ha, and I said yeah. She looked at me and said it’s not true is it, and I said no it’s not. And she said I thought so. I learned that by saying nothing at all, because I had done nothing wrong, that In the end her story would end up biting her in the ass. It’s so hard to do that when you want to stick up for yourself, and clear yourself and clear your name. But eventually everybody knew the truth. I also found out that it was me and my boss - alone - I couldn’t trust anybody in that place. It was a hard lesson to learn, but in the end I came out like a shining star. Also because of all that that happened, one of the other higher ups rented a limo for the holiday party, and I wasn’t invited. Turned out he ended up in the women’s restroom doing Coke that night. One of my other bosses, his wife’s complained about it. It was a big to do in the office. My boss was very serious when he asked me into his office to find out what happened. I told him I did not know anything about it, I did not ride in the limousine with them, I came with my own date, and I was not involved in any of it. He was very grateful, and once again it built our relationship stronger. He knew he could trust me no matter what. This is very important for an executive and an executive assistant to have that level of trust. It’s a very intimate relationship, no sex, just knowing exactly what they need when they need it, and making sure my job is to make them look good. At least that’s what I told him my interview. I guess he believe me because I got the job. Lol
