Flaccid paralysis is a term used in tactical shooting when a headshot is taken and the bullet enters the cranial cavity in the "T-box". T-box shots are normally made in a situation where the suspect is armed and holding a hostage, usually at gun or knife point. The T-zone is roughly a T-shaped area from the outside of one eye socket to the outside of other eye socket and extending down the bridge of the nose to the upper lip. This area forms the "T" from which it derives its name. The bullet strikes and severs the spinal column causing flaccid paralysis and eliminates the possibility of involuntary muscle spasms. The advantage of flaccid paralysis is the subject is rendered incapacitated instantaneously preventing involuntary muscle contraction that may pull the trigger or cause other movements that may injure or kill the hostage. This is a difficult shot even by the best marksmen.

It is only possible for sporting use. The process is roughly the same for all handguns and most semi-auto rifles:
- join a sport shooting club
- shoot lead pellets with a compressed air pistol for at least 6 month
- pass a short exam on gun safety
- wait another 6 months shooting 22LR
Then at this point, every time you want to purchase new guns:
- get the club's president to grant an approval form
- apply for permits from the local government (triggers a police investigation)
- wait a number of months until you get said permits
Each permit is valid for 5 years and allows you to purchase 1 gun. You can have a total of 12 permits. If you stop actively being a sport shooter, you lose your permits and can no longer own the guns. Any hint of unlawfulness can and will be used to revoke your permits (and we're a really cucked country).
There are also silly rules, like if you have an AR-15 in 223 Rem you can purchase up to ten 30 round mags for it (we're not allowed high capacity mags), but if you have an AR-15 in 300 BLK you can only purchase 10 round mags for it. Being chambered in 223 Rem (and some other military calibers, but not 308) puts a gun in a different, less restrictive category… it makes no sense.
You can get an AR-15 without a permit (it is still declared to the government) if the lower and upper cannot be taken apart (welded pivot pin) and the gas system is removed (making it a repeating rifle). Poor thing.

And I did look at the data, a little bit. Only 28 out of 53 times did Q post before POTUS within the same minute. To be fair, I should also count Q posting in the minute just before a POTUS tweet… but the time displayed to normies would look different, so I did not.
This is counting all 4952 Q posts and 55089 Trump tweets (from 2011-08-02 until 2020-11-06, with 22787 Trump tweets since Q started posting). Plenty of data to do a statistical analysis to predict a pattern of Trump tweets, enough to reduce the 1440 minutes per days to much less than 365 (which would still be 6 hours). At that point, what are the odds of random events occuring together over 4 years… pretty damn high.
Q's 0.57% success rate of "0-deltas" over 4 years is simply underwhelming.
