Biden is already running on gun control. It's hard to understand you.

But here's two tests, to make the issue clear.

A. Do you think that if Biden wins and the Dems gain the Senate, they'll move to ban semi-auto rifles?

If your answer is, Yes, then Scott Adams and all the others are wrong.

B. Do you believe that more states will move to significantly restrict semi-auto rifles, ammunition, magazines?

If your answer is, Yes, then Scott Adams and all the others are wrong.

I am in fact annoyed that Adams and others, including you, think something significant happened that did not. Those tweets were nothing but Twitter pablum, hot takes by people who seem to believe it's 1999 again.

No kidding. The idea that mayors and governors can violate our rights for months over a disease that isn't all that lethal is a huge hole in our system. The rats figured this out, didn't they?

The fact that something is a top national polling issue is not the same thing as something being a political issue, and contrawise, the fact that something is not a top national polling issue is not the same thing as it not being a political issue. Scott Adams and others were saying pretty clearly that there will be no successful moves for gun control now for a long time.

In fact, you just undercut Scott Adams with this. You said gun control has always been unpopular. Well, then, it was never a political issue! The fact that there's millions of new gun buyers and threatening violence all over the place changed nothing, since it's always polled poorly nationally.

That's a good point. Can you imagine the reaction of the crowds when Biden utters complete nonsense? The ooohhhs and ahhhhs by themselves would sink him hard. The looks on the panel mods faces?

Whether it's a top national poll issue is irrelevant. They're going to push for it anyway. Do you think half the shit Dems want are supported in the polls? Defund the police? Mass immigration? The Green New Deal? They don't care about polls right now. It's all about having their resistance judges and voter fraud schemes in place.

If Biden is elected and they gain the Senate, they will go for an semi-auto rifle ban, no matter what Scott Adams says or the millions of new gun owners.

Mmmh. Well, come on, in the 90s they got big wins, including a federal "assault rifle" ban. But, yeah, there was a period of time where they wouldn't touch it. I think they believe the times have changed. Their rhetoric changed sharply at the end of 0bama's second term. They don't fear the consequences of that rhetoric, and they're advancing against semi-auto rifles in CA and VA and elsewhere. The days of the Dems being petrified by the NRA are over.

The import of the many people who were saying that "gun control is dead" is that the Dems would not try to advance gun control, as it would be a politically dangerous now that so many bought guns for the first time and everyone is afraid of chaos. To that I said and say now, Bunkum. They'll keep pushing gun control, and when they have the power, they'll succeed.

I mean, sheesh. Who's going to claim Dems aren't going to push gun control now in fear of public backlash, when they're calling for crazy shit all day long now?

Apparently, Jim Jordan doesn't think anti-trust action against big tech will work to stop political bias, and now Cernovich throws a hissy fit. I have no idea whether it will work or not, and I doubt Cernovich has real expertise in anti-trust law.

He makes no case against Jordan here. He just throws a tantrum.

Go ahead Mike. Outline the legal strategy for using anti-trust to stop political bias in big tech. And send it to Jordan when your finished.

You're all over the place. Now it's back to vans of secret police hauling off innocent people? You started by referring to federal intervention. There's all sorts of federal interventions going on, all of which I support. There's the defense of the federal courthouse in Portland. There's operation LeGend. Etc.

But muh vans!? They were being detained and questioned. So what? Law enforcement detains and questions people all the time. They're lucky, alas, they weren't given free helicopter rides.

I'm definitely not being tricked into cheering this kind of stuff on. The more law breakers that are arrested the better. I mean, What the fuck are you even saying? We shouldn't be happy if law and order is restored? Of course we should.

And I will definitely be cheering on communist street thugs getting beaten, maced, and suffering generally, as they come face to face with the fact that La Revolucion is an utter failure.

If I say, "My sexual orientation is Fuck You.", are they going to arrest me?

So, your a Hannity supporter, eh? You're full of surprises. Ronald Reagan sucks. Chuck Grassley sucks. Carlson sucks. Rand sucks. But, Sean Hannity is A O.K. in your book. Lol. Whatever, man.

I've been pretty harsh on Trump/Pence and the White House for their covid response, especially Trump and his talk about a vaccine. We simply do not need it. I think they got badly played from the get go.

But here's a thought. Maybe. Maybe, the idea from the White House is that we take the vaccine and then open everything back up, even though the vaccine will probably be hardly effective. At that point, they say, that's it. We're all open. It's over. You're all vaccinated! Now go back to your lives! Maybe?

Perhaps that's what the Russians are doing.

It still sucks because who knows what's in that vaccine. And they'll almost certainly demand some sort of Orwellian vaccine certification and tracking.

Hannity's time has come and gone. And the fuck is up with that CIA pin? He wears it all the time now.

Lol.

He started his "deep dive" on Trump, and is now saying "the more I learn about this man, the more I respect him. The more I think he's doing a great job for our country". Hopefully we can get him to a Trump rally before the election. He'll be so MAGA he'll be shitting bricks for The Wall.

Seems they're pretty nervous about a new "red scare". Good. Personally, I'm going to use "communist", "Marxist", and "Maoist" every chance I get now.
