I'll admit that video was hard to watch when it first came out ... she was dropped so cheaply when there was literally 0 threat of violence from her or anyone around her. It really choked me up and I'm glad to see this kind of veneration for her sacrifice.
Now watching that new video that came out of the perp who did it ... and realizing that he was only 10 or 20 feet away, shooting her point blank to the surprise of fellow protesters and cops by her side ... well, it's beyond tragic ... it's just sickening stuff.
