I contacted all the election commisions for all 50 states just to confirm the ones that don't and get instructions for the ones that do. I've been posting the ones that allow it and I receive them.
Agreed. I think even tacking on a Holiday Friday or Monday wouldbe nice for the people who work weekends. Maybe move it to September. The weather is better and nothing else happens in September.

My step-dad found out and had to do a similar process to this. They shredded the unopened ballot and let him vote in-person.
