I am sure the state uses an old Commodore VIC 20 with a cassette tape drive for their voter database, so it taking 8-20 years for it to be updated is perfectly legitimate, amiright? This could not possibly be a top down systematic way to enable vote fraud by leaving dead people listed.

I already checked there and found nothing, however, I was told this only lists mail in ballots/voters? Is this correct? At any rate, I suspect these masses of dead voters swelling the voter list are being used to justify the endless boxes of mystery ballots anyways.
I don't know about the format part, but I can certainly make a list. These three were from searching maybe a dozen names, so thus far about 1/4 of the deceased people I know of in MI are still listed as active voters. This is completely nuts.

Everyone who knows of deceased people in any of these contested states needs to start checking. I found two out of maybe 10 names I tried.
