Judges wont uphold the law. He needs militia/military to enforce the constitution and seize the Dominion machines.

Wanting Trump to became a dictator is exaggeration. Lincoln used martial law. Trump doesnt even have to use martial law, he can just use IA. Enforcing the law with military/militia isn't dictatorship at all.
