That was my take too. If they had upheld the ban it would have forced them to decide the entire case within 7 days (not a PA constitution expert by any means, but that’s what the article states anyway). FTA:

The Supreme Court plans to hold oral argument regarding the legal challenge the law on Tuesday. The justices’ decision to invalidate Leavitt’s order gives themselves more time to rule without facing a one-week deadline.

200% posthumous turnout sounds about what you’d expect in a normal election. The dead really do vote pretty liberal.

I thought that myself. I haven’t been in the military but I was looking for combat videos because everything seemed so fake. I watched almost 2 straight hours of footage (unique clips) and never saw a single Russian. Lots and lots of shooting and shoulder launched weapons, but zero return fire. Zero adversaries being targeted.

Even in the destructive aftermath videos, it’s usually a couple of operable Ukrainian tanks and then a long line of destroyed equipment purported to be Russian — but no IFF marks. Hell, one line was a bunch of old Cold War T35s. Like, seriously? It’s amazing so many people seem to think that Putin would be using antique T35s as main battle tanks.

Most of the videos bring up very strong memories of the Chinese people just dropping dead in the streets and being welded into their apartment blocks.

That was a small one, not one of the primary convoys.

Thanks for the ping! Seeing it all laid out like that so matter of factly is infuriating. I really hope justice is done, but I am out of hope for Brnovich, that slimy bastard.

Submit it as a tip to a bunch of media sites, you’ll probably get a taker. Photoshop in a ukrainian flag

I sincerely wish that Herman hadn’t been forced to give his life in defense of the country he loves (Ukraine), back in 2020.

That’s what they get for using a single as a double-ender.

I figured you as a leftist shill, apologies if I missed on that mark.

I’d encourage you to look into the stories you’re reading and research them deeper rather than scroll to the next story. It doesn’t take much to discover that you are being lied to. Take shocking pictures from Ukraine into a reverse image search and find out it’s from 10+ years ago a few times and you’ll find yourself in a very uncomfortable predicament. I’d look into the Ghost of Kiev and the Snake Island incident. Then revisit election fraud.

Lukachenko is another one not really known for bluffing. Either way, once Russian air defenses drop EU jets or EU jets enter Ukrainian airspace Belarus will just be a footnote.

Care to regale me with a list of all the times Putin has turned out to be bluffing?

There is a huge difference between selling arms to a country at peace versus sending your own planes and pilots to kill someone’s soldiers in an active war zone.

So warm and inviting.

Can we have a regime change too please?

Yeah, the potassium iodine and dosimeters have joined the “probably never going to use them, but I’d sure feel stupid saving a couple hundred bucks if I ever DO need them” box.

Yep! Right into the Gulf of Mexico.

For the environment.

you did get the point that he wants to stop militarization of all bordering countries since he’s seen us overthrow scores of sovereign countries since the fall of the Soviet Union. And ironically, with 75% of Americans wanting no part of this bullshit, our corrupt, illegitimate government is now officially calling for “regime change” in Russia.

But you go right on ahead and cheer Biden trying to pull an Libya against nuclear armed Russia,

So are we evidently. Something like a billion in lethal arms and body armor.
