Now let's suppose that the one you love the most, needed life saving surgery. Which surgeon would you choose to save your loved one, the doctor who earned his grade, or the one who was given their grade.

Chauvin abused the use of force continuum when he put his knee on Floyd. Any use of force being used to restrain must be stopped when the perp stops resisting. Chauvin kept his knee on Floyd for 3 mins after he died. I won't be surprised to hear that Chauvin's knee contributed to Floyd's death.

In my 30 years of working in a medium security prison, I've restrained many violent cons. But never like that! Why this officer felt a need to further restrain this individual is beyond me. IMO, there was no need for the knee, he was already restrained.

They're better off without me? Three days a week I babysit two of my four grandkids from 6:30 am until 4:30 pm, ages two and three, so mom and dad can earn a living. I held the younger one in my arms when he had his third seizure, prompting the start of anti-seizure medication. And before that, I babysat my oldest, a granddaughter who lived with us while mom and dad saved for a house. I fed them, I bathed them and I rocked them to sleep...and I cherish every second! I can't imagine life without them. If that makes me a pussy than so be it!
