Well dunno about the vax itself being racist, but it's well known the vax isn't being adopted by the black community at all.
So any sort of requirement to have the vax in order to travel, watch live sports/concerts, etc. will affect a disproportionate number of blacks and therefore could be considered racist.
Hell, if they can say that requiring a government issued ID to vote is somehow racist, requiring a vax pretty much has to be.

Well they could start by changing the WA Senate seat appropriation so that it isn't based on population (like the legislative seats are) and instead change it so that you get 2 senators per county (similar to the federal system of 2 senators per state).
As it is today, out of the 49 total state senate seats, King County has 17 senators, 15 of which are currently Democrats. It's a wonder that the WA Senate makeup is just 28-20-1 with that sort of advantage.
You make that simple change and the WA senate will temper most of the nonsense pushed by Lord Inslee in Olympia.
