Our voting system is an ABSOLUTE JOKE. It is so INCREDIBLY EASY to perpetrate fraud. And doing it via absentee ballot is just as easy. All you have to do is have ANYONE call to the county board of elections, request a ballot to be mailed to their address (using someone else's name), and then forge that person's signature on the ballot.
I would estimate that probably 5-10% of all votes cast are being done fraudulently.
It is beyond outrageous that we allow this system to operate this way.
