Yup. The bigger takeaway from this is that there is no valid verification process on the application side of things. A most likely intentional loop hole considering the unprecedented amount of applications they planned on receiving. Someone(s) at the level of the application approval process is dirty. My guess is PA used some sort of software and algorithm to verify/approve these applicants. I bet if we looked at that specific area of things, we'd find the same thing happening in other states as well.

Incorrect or missing information is the reason for an application process. Its supposed to ensure a ballot with all of that information already verified. The ballots were sent out and returned and are supposedly tied to the accepted application. No placeholder values are needed. The names, birthdates, party affiliation, etc. should already be known for that ballot.
These are requests. Meaning someone had to actually put in the request for a dead person, accept the dead persons mail, fill it out, "sign it", and then have it be accepted by election officials. For it to happen on such a large scale such as this, it's an inside job. There is no possible way these were actually mailed to the deceased people.

The status page of the michigan website that is screen grabbed in the video shows "APPLICATION SENT" + DATE, followed by "BALLOT SENT" + DATE, follow by "BALLOT RECEIVE" + DATE.
